Our room module design approach allows for all construction methods from traditional brick and block to fully modularised off site construction and will provide cost certainty, are easier to build and easier to maintain.

Similar to a complex Lego model with standard blocks Creu Cartref dwelling types are designed from a limited number of room modules that are interchangeable and fully coordinated in our 3d design software.

All Creu Cartref dwellings are derived from nine room modules.
